Job Responsibilities

• Processing of Client onboarding
• Processing of transaction across all investment products
• Coordination with AMCs and other manufacturers
• Coordination with internal departments
• Maintain records of clients, transactions
• Maintain business MIS of the Unit
• Reporting of business to MIS team
• Coordinating with clients as per requirement
• Ensure best service to clients and RMs

Organizational Relationships

Works closely with the Sales, Research and Products team of Emkay Wealth

• Excellent communication skills in English

Qualification

Graduate or MBA with specialization in Finance

Experience

2-4 years of customer service experience in Wealth Management/Financial services industry with understanding of financial products
