POSITION 
SUMMARY 








BOB Capital Markets is looking to strengthen its capabilities in driving their 
digital transformation, revolutionizing the retail broking platform with 
cutting-edge initiatives for enhanced customer engagement and substantial 
business growth. Leveraging emerging technologies, the incumbent will 
deliver superior digital products, prioritize product development, oversees 
the technology platforms & technology operations of the company,  foster a 
data-driven culture and leading a team of professionals. 


Key Accountabilities:  


Technology and Innovation: 

➢ Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to retail 
broking and fintech. 
➢ Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions to enhance the 
platform's digital capabilities.   
➢ Implement robust security measures and data protection practices to ensure 
customer trust and compliance. 

Team Leadership :  
➢ Lead and inspire  IT Support professional , fostering a collaborative and 
innovative work environment.  
➢ Define clear roles and responsibilities, set performance objectives, and 
conduct regular performance reviews.  
➢ Identify training and development opportunities to build a skilled and 
motivated team. 

Bank Co ordination  - Coordination with Server Mgmt, Network ,DB Mgmt Teams at Bank . - Coordinate with Bank 's CISO  / ISD Dept , Domestic Subsidiary  and Retail 
Liabilities team for New Process ,requirements and approvals 

 


Business understanding: 

➢ Understanding of the capital markets and retail broking domain.  
➢ Demat business understanding is a must 
➢ Ability to decipher digital initiatives and technology decision that aid in 
operational and business efficiencies will be a must. 

Regulatory Compliance : 

➢ SPOC for System Audit , Cyber Audit as per exchange requirements , ensure 
policies are updated time to time 
➢ To ensure no critical observations  and no unresolved queries with respect to 
all audits including System , Cyber security, VAPT  audits .  
➢ To ensure Team's adherence to all relevant Regulatory provisions/ Internal 
Policies with respect to IT & Data security.  
➢ To ensure No Breach takes place in our IT Infra/System 



Job specific skills Applicants should have – 

Management & Leadership Capabilities:  

➢ Experience of working in Financial Services with a focus on Retail Broking. 
➢ High energy levels and decision-making capabilities that support robust 
execution of plans. 
➢ Impeccable integrity both professionally and personally  
➢ Strong track record of working with complex and high volume data.  
➢ Self-motivated and result oriented.  
➢ Stakeholder relationship management skills – able to influence and manage 
the expectations of senior management and peers.  
➢ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills and 
collaborative approach. 
➢ Ability to manage effectively and ensure compliance on system /  cyber 
Security and other regulatory Audits and ensure compliance. 

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering  
Masters in Technology or Computer Science will be an added advantage 
Minimum 
Experience 
15 + years of experience in a leadership role, with at least 10+ years in a Broking 
experience . Proven track record of developing and executing digital strategy.  

➢ Extensive experience in Retail Broking Product Development & operations, 
website development, e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media.  
➢ Experience of dealing with Technology Vendors

factor for the right candidate.
