Position SVP/VP – Business Head TEV and Project Appraisal Services 
Job Description / 
Responsibilities 
• Setting up of Business Unit, developing Strategy, identifying growth 
drivers and scaling up of the practice 
• Should have strong C suit relationship network with Banks, NBFC, 
Private Credit, PE Firms and Corporates 
• Would be responsible for Deal sourcing, Business development, and 
Client relationships 
• Managing entire process from prospecting, meeting, offering 
solutioning, structuring and delivery 
• Understanding financial & Business needs of customers and providing 
them with appropriate solutions 
• Should be able to ideate, innovate, strategize  
• Should be in this line of practice for minimum 10 years and have 
handled BD and Execution of TEV and DPR assignments 
• Analytical abilities to analysis financial statements, evaluation of 
business model, risks and determining viability of the project 
• Should have significant exposure in working for high Capex Industries 
like Infrastructure, Manufacturing, RE etc 
• Should be able to independently prepare  TEV or DPR reports and 
present it to Clients 
• Lead, grow and mentor a junior team members 
• Preparation of Pitch decks and other relevant material 
• Financial Modelling and Report Preparation & Finalisation 
Job specific skills Applicants should have –  
• Working in leadership Role having P&L responsibility with leading 
Project Appraisal, TEV Agencies 
• Excellent understanding of corporate credit and project finance 
with exposure to multiple sectors 
• Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple 
clients & deals simultaneously, and meet deadlines  
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking and exceptional 
communication skills  
• Capability to take an innovative approach to developing 
relationships and solutions 
• Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as 
collaboratively within a team environment 
• Innovation and creativity  
• Leadership skills 
• Team building and capable of leading a team 
Educational 
Qualification 
Engineer & MBA from top tier Institute 
Minimum Experience 12 to 15 years 
CTC OFFERED  Compensation will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will
