Hiring Criteria – CSC Leader (Maharashtra) | Niva Bupa

Experience: • 8–12 years in Health Insurance / General Insurance

* 3–5 years of hands-on experience with CSC (Common Service Center) / assisted rural distribution channels

* Strong exposure to govt/PSU-led ecosystems and partner-driven sales

Profile Fit: 

• Proven track record of driving business via CSC/VLE network
* Experience in onboarding, activating & managing large VLE base
* Ability to drive insurance penetration in rural/semi-urban markets
* Strong understanding of partner-led acquisition, persistency & renewal management

Preferred Companies: 

• Insurers with CSC tie-ups: SBI General, ICICI Lombard, HDFC Ergo, Tata AIG, Bajaj Allianz GI
* CSC ecosystem / allied players: CSC SPV

Location Preference: • Maharashtra-based or deep experience in Maharashtra rural markets

Must Have: 

• Strong network within CSC ecosystem preferred

* High ownership, execution-driven mindset
* Stability in career
