We’re Hiring: Leasing Manager – F&B

Industry: Retail Real Estate / Shopping Malls / F&B Leasing

We are looking for a Leasing Manager – F&B to lead brand on-boarding.

  Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard leading F&B brands: Top of the line restaurant formats, cafes, pubs, brewery   etc.

Drive leasing negotiations, finalize commercials & close deals aligned with revenue targets.

Build strong relationships with brands, brokers & clients.

Provide market insights on F&B trends, rental benchmarks & consumer preferences.

Coordinate across internal teams for smooth fit-outs and store openings.

What We’re Looking For

6–8 years experience in Leasing (F&B experience is the top criteria).

Strong network of F&B brand contacts and understanding of brand expansion plans, format trends.

Excellent negotiation, communication & stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work with targets and manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
