Job Title: IT Recruiter – Hardware, Networking & Sales Hiring

Location: Kanjurmarg / Andheri (Work From Office)

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in Hardware & Networking hiring and Sales recruitment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT Hardware, Networking, Infrastructure, and Sales profiles

Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and databases

Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers

Coordinating interviews and follow-ups till offer closure

Managing candidate documentation, offer rollouts, and onboarding support

Maintaining recruiter trackers and recruitment MIS

Ensuring TAT and quality hiring as per business requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment

Hands-on exposure to Hardware, Networking, IT Support, System Admin, Network Engineer roles

Experience in Sales hiring (IT sales / channel sales / enterprise sales preferred)

Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Immediate or short notice joiners preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in recruitment consultancy or corporate HR

Target-driven and result-oriented

Willing to work from Kanjurmarg or Andheri office

Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented
