Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the

and Data Center industries. Your expertise in team leadership will drive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications,

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.

12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Real Estate,
EPC, or Data Center industries.

Proven leadership experience in managing a team of recruiters, fostering a
collaborative and high-performance environment.

Strong understanding of labor market trends, competitor analysis, and the
specific skill sets required within the industry.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
