Billing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer with experience in contractor billing, client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity verification, and project documentation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing RA bills, verifying executed quantities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely certification and payment of bills.

Key Responsibilities
•    Prepare and submit Client RA Bills and Final Bills as per contract terms.
•    Verify executed quantities based on site measurements and approved drawings.
•    Prepare and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.
•    Coordinate with project execution, planning, and QS teams for billing inputs.
•    Maintain Measurement Books (MB), billing registers, and supporting documentation.
•    Track bill certification, payment status, and outstanding receivables.
•    Prepare quantity reconciliation and material reconciliation statements.
•    Monitor work progress against BOQ and contract scope.
•    Assist in preparing variation orders, extra item claims, and change orders.
•    Ensure compliance with contractual terms and billing procedures.
•    Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for bill approvals.
