Position Title: Assistant Vice President / Deputy Vice President– Investments

Company is a specialized asset manager that takes exposure in high quality retail finance NBFC/HFCs in sectors like microfinance, commercial vehicle finance, SME finance and affordable housing finance. currently manages six Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) with investor contributions of more than INR 10 billion. 3. JOB OBJECTIVE

Company is looking for a candidate with minimum 7 years of experience to join its investments team. The Associate Director will be a senior position and primary responsibilities will be towards developing the investor franchise.

Build and manage a diversified partner franchise across wealth houses, banks and MFDs.
Acquire, build and manage a diversified investor franchise across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, pension funds, HNI and family offices.
Arrange for meetings with potential investors and make a presentation / pitch for Northern Arc Investments manager.
Conduct competitive scanning across product offerings, pricing, product positioning, partnerships, and future pipeline of product launches.
Strengthen partner relationships by delivering regular product updates, market insights, and regulatory developments.
Engage with prospective partners to establish distribution tie-ups for NAIM products. Negotiate the pricing, conduct joint client calls with partners on prospective investors, and help to carve client engagement strategies with investors, support client onboarding and address post-sales queries.
Conduct regular follow-up calls and meetings with current and potential investors.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, markets, and regulatory developments across AIF and PMS offerings.
Expand wallet share by cross-selling Northern Arc Investment products to existing clients.
Partner with internal stakeholders to generate and convert leads.
Partner on events, conferences, and podcasts to enhance visibility and brand building.
Provide post-transaction support to investors.
Partner with fund management teams to structure bespoke investment solutions for large treasury clients.
Ensure close coordination with the operations team to ensure efficient and smooth onboarding of clientele.
Facilitate joint sessions with fund managers and clients to share market insights and product updates.
Create visibility for Investments amongst debt capital market investors.

Minimum Qualifications

MBA or Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute / Chartered Accountant / CFA.

Minimum Experience

Minimum 10 years relevant experience in sales roles – private banking, private wealth distribution, mutual fund distribution, private equity/AIF fund raising team, or other similar roles.
