A.      About the Group & Key Objectives

Our client is a Contract Manufacturer of Western Snacks for one of the largest and most popular brands based in North India. Since starting the Operations in 2019, our Client has a demonstrated history of Growth achieved with high levels of Operational efficiencies.

Our Client wishes to recruit a Chief Growth Officer to navigate and co-lead the next phase of Growth in following areas

(a)     Significant expansion of Contract Manufacturing Operations with New Principals and New Product Categories primarily in segments that are non-competing with the current Principal.

(b)     Successful pursuit and execution of inorganic growth opportunities

(c)      Launch of Own Brand

B. Key Responsibilities

1.       The incumbent shall be responsible to deliver long term growth in the Contract Manufacturing Operations from existing and new business opportunities at the Plant at Jammu (currently operational) and Sandila, UP (To be initiated under new business initiatives within the next 6 months).

2.       The CGO shall drive Business Development opportunities for the Group in existing Product Categories as well as new Product categories. In this role, S/he shall identify and onboard new Principals for Contract Manufacturing

3.       CGO will also scout and onboard Export B2B customers for Contract Manufacturing especially from MNC brands. This will be a key vertical to explore to drive Growth in CMO business

4.       S/he shall be responsible for achieving the Production, Quality and Delivery Targets to deliver 100% Customer Satisfaction of the Principal(s).

a.       Responsible to maintain and improve Product Margins, Labour Productivity and Capacity Utilisation to result in better margin realisation

5.       The position shall be responsible for overseeing and ensuring all regulatory and government compliances at the Manufacturing Location(s).

6.       S/he shall be the official representative for Anjn group while dealing with Principals.
