Position Overview

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and coordination with multiple plant locations. The position ensures smooth HR processes, strong employee connect, and adherence to statutory and organizational requirements.

Role and responsibilities

·          Recruitment and selection as per defined TAT

·         Conducting induction, orientation, and feedback sessions

·          Payroll processing and Time Office management

·          Executing employee engagement activities

·          Organizing employee meetings as per the annual HR calendar

·          Taking timely action on points raised in various MOMs

·          Ensuring 5S and safety compliance within the department

·          Maintaining effective communication and employee connect

·          Preparing HR reports, MIS, and dashboards

·          Managing IR activities and statutory compliances

·          Coordinating with vendors and overseeing vendor management

·          Traveling to other plant locations as required

·          Coordinating training programs and PMS activities
