Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of IFRS/Ind AS across the organization.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure timely completion of limited reviews and statutory audits.
- Prepare presentations to facilitate discussions with senior management and other stakeholders.
- Develop key financial workings and reports as per IFRS and US GAAP requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Key Requirements – Education & Certification
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Internship or relevant experience in IFRS, Ind AS, or US GAAP.
- Additional certifications in financial reporting standards (if any) would be an added advantage.
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in IFRS/Ind AS implementation projects is preferred.
- Understanding of the insurance industry and financial reporting requirements is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
