Fundraising Associate - Infrastructure and Real Estate
Job Summary:
The Fundraising Associate will play a pivotal role in driving financial support for infrastructure and real estate projects by engaging with family offices, High Net Worth Individuals (HNI), and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI). This position is designed for a proactive individual who is passionate about investment opportunities and thrives in a dynamic environment, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and project funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies tailored to attract investments from family offices, HNIs, and UHNIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, providing them with insights into project developments.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential investors and evaluate their interests and investment capabilities.
- Prepare and present compelling investment proposals and pitches, ensuring alignment with investor goals.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate and timely reporting on project status and investment returns.
- Participate in fundraising events, networking opportunities, and investor meetings to enhance visibility and partnerships.
- Track and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine fundraising strategies effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital markets, preferably within infrastructure or real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of private equity, venture capital, and family office investment structures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-profile investors.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully closing deals and achieving fundraising targets.
- Ability to conduct in-depth market analysis and present findings effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for managing investor relationships.

- Existing network of contacts within family offices, HNIs, and UHNIs.
- Experience in the real estate or infrastructure sectors with a deep understanding of investment criteria.
