Job Title: Process Engineer
Role Purpose
The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing
process strategies, optimizing existing processes, managing resources, and
maintaining process documentation to improve efficiency, quality, and
cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes and workflows

Lead new process development initiatives

Standardize production methods and operating procedures
-
Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
-
Conduct risk assessments and process simulations
-
Perform capacity analysis, LCA, and debottlenecking
-
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
-
Develop tools, fixtures, and process improvements as per product needs
-
Troubleshoot process issues and conduct optimization trials

Prepare and update documents like:
-
PFD (Process Flow Diagram)
-
PFMEA
-
MSA
-
PPAP
-
SPC
-
Work Instructions
-
Support training of new employees
-
Maintain workplace discipline, safety, and cleanliness

Experience in Moulding, Painting, and Assembly processes is mandatory?
