The Regional Bancassurance Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the third-party insurance business (Life, Health, and General Insurance) through a designated network of bank branches in the assigned region. This is an individual role requiring strong relationship management, product knowledge, and sales-driving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive insurance business through assigned bank branches within the Bangalore region.
Achieve sales targets across Life, Health, and General Insurance product lines.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for bank branch staff to improve insurance awareness and selling skills.
Facilitate joint customer calls with branch staff to enhance conversions for high-ticket insurance products.
Maintain close coordination with bank leadership and insurance partner teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Monitor branch-wise performance and take corrective actions to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Ensure complete adherence to regulatory and internal compliance frameworks in all insurance sales activities.
Plan and execute branch activation and marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
