Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to meet project funding goals in the real estate sector.
Identify and engage potential investors, leveraging relationships and networking opportunities!
Conduct compelling presentations and pitches to articulate project visions and investment opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate the value of investment.
Track and analyze fundraising metrics to identify trends and improve future fundraising efforts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing them with updates and support.
Prepare detailed reports on fundraising progress and deliver updates to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or sales within the real estate sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of fundraising principles and techniques.
Ability to analyze financial data and present it effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and fundraising platforms.
Willingness to travel to various locations for meetings and events, primarily in Delhi and Mumbai.
