| Summary of Role | The Technical Manager is a visionary technology leader responsible for driving the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications across Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, and custom development platforms. This role oversees multiple project teams and application portfolios, aligning technology strategy with business priorities across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong delivery leadership, and a proven ability to guide enterprise transformation, manage vendor relationships, and lead global development teams across onshore and offshore. |
| Responsibilities | • Provide strategic direction and oversight for enterprise application development, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, NetSuite and low-code platforms. Lead multiple cross-functional development teams and application portfolios, ensuring delivery excellence, scalability, and performance of solutions. • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define and prioritize digital transformation initiatives and roadmap planning. • Oversee the architecture, development, and integration of core business systems using integration platforms and API-driven frameworks. • Guide data migration, master data governance, reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI), and compliance with enterprise architecture standards. • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and best practices that improve delivery velocity, technical quality, and user experience. • Ensure proactive management of quarterly Oracle Fusion releases, regression testing, and change impact assessments. • Drive continuous improvement in development lifecycle processes, including Agile practices, DevOps pipelines, testing automation, and release management. • Lead and mentor managers, architects, and senior developers across global teams; build career growth plans and skill development programs. • Establish strong governance around application security, user access controls, licensing, and audit readiness. • Partner with procurement, finance, infrastructure, and business operations to support budgeting, capacity planning, and vendor management. • Serve as a key escalation point for critical application issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them with minimal business disruption. • Champion a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and technology excellence across all application initiatives. |
| Education | • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. • Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Information Systems) preferred. • Certifications in Oracle Cloud, Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF), PMP, or Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master) are highly desirable. |
| Years of Experience | • 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture. • At least 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multiple application teams and large-scale projects. • Proven experience delivering and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM systems in complex enterprise environments. • Experience working in multi-vendor, offshore/onshore, and matrixed environments. |

Lead AI-led refactoring of legacy Oracle EBS/Fusion custom code. Establish AI engineering best practices, prompt engineering standards, and deliver measurable productivity improvements (20–40%). |
