Executive - Management Information Systems (MIS)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive for our Management Information
Systems (MIS) team to leverage data analytics for insightful decision-making
in the insurance domain. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data
into comprehensive reports using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, thus enhancing
the organization's operational efficiency and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to generate meaningful insights that support business
decisions and strategies.

Develop and maintain weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and
visualization tools using MS Excel.

Create compelling presentations in MS PowerPoint to communicate findings and
recommendations to stakeholders.

understand reporting needs.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting
and analysis.

Identify trends and patterns in data to support operational enhancements and
business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in a similar MIS or data analytics role,
preferably within the insurance industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP,
pivot tables, and data visualization.

Strong skills in MS PowerPoint for creating professional and impactful
presentations.

Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail to assess complex
datasets.
