Job Summary:
The Branch Manager for our Insurance Variable Agency will lead and oversee
branch operations while driving growth and ensuring compliance with industry
regulations. This pivotal role focuses on building strong client
relationships, mentoring staff, and implementing strategic initiatives to
maximize the branch’s performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow and
adherence to company policies.

market presence, and increase client acquisition.

Mentor and train branch staff on best practices, compliance, and customer
service excellence.

support throughout their insurance journey.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track
record in a leadership role.
