Regional Head - Gold Loan

Job Summary:

The Regional Head - Gold Loan will play a pivotal role in leading our gold loan business operations across the designated region. This position is crucial for driving growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring the overall performance of gold loan products within the branch network.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve gold loan growth targets within the assigned region.
Oversee daily operations of gold loan businesses, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales and operations professionals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in gold loan offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Monitor and report on regional performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge in gold loans.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the gold loan sector.
Strong understanding of gold loan products, market dynamics, and regulatory issues.
