Key Responsibilities:

1.      Cash flow management:

 

·         Manage the cash flow for all schemes of Mutual Fund.

·         Tracking all inflows, outflows, trades and cash affecting entries and report the accurate deployable funds to the fund manager

·         Co-ordinating internally with branches and Registrar for inflow and outflow of funds

·         Tracking all bank account and ensuring no bank account is overdrawn

·         Handling the banking activities smoothly

·         Reviewing the relationship with all the bankers at regular intervals

·         Ensuring the optimum utilization of Funds

·         Reviewing and reducing cross utilisation of funds

·         Ensuring the compliance with regards to the Borrowing requirement

·         Ensuring compliance with Unclaimed regulations

·         Complying with Ring fencing guidelines and co-ordinating with auditor for the certificate

·         Co-ordinate with auditor, internal and external stake holders for audit requirements.

·         Reviewing the process and taking initiative for process improvements

·         Automating the manual processes

2.      Reconciliation and MIS:

·         Reviewing of Bank, Subscription, Switch and Redemption reconciliation.

·         Ensuring there is no reconciliation item pending for long period.

3.      Regulatory update:

·    Updating the knowledge on regulation

·    Tracking the regulatory updates and highlighting the process gap if any, in the existing      process
