Life Insurance - Regional Manager – Agency (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
The Regional Manager for Life Insurance plays a pivotal role in driving sales, managing agency performance, and fostering a culture of excellence across the region. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive agency sales growth and meet regional performance targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents to ensure high levels of productivity and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance agent performance and customer acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that bolster lead generation and brand awareness.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to foster long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with agents to identify areas for improvement and development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and drive teams to success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
