Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner (TA & HRBP) is pivotal in
shaping our workforce and enhancing employee engagement. This role merges
strategic talent acquisition with HR partnership to drive business success
through effective workforce planning and robust employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract
top talent aligned with organizational goals.

Build strong relationships with business leaders and employees to understand
talent needs and provide strategic HR guidance.

Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the
selection of outstanding candidates.

Facilitate onboarding and training programs to enhance employee integration
and engagement.

Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions and
improve talent management processes.

Develop and maintain an inclusive workplace environment to support diverse
talent and foster employee retention.

Provide ongoing support and consultation to managers on HR policies, talent
development, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR business
partnering.

Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates using
diverse techniques.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations affecting HR practices.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
build relationships at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to analyze workforce data and make strategic
recommendations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Certification such as SHRM-CP, SPHR, or similar is a plus.
