Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Gypsum Plaster Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales for our gypsum plaster products in both project and retail sectors, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for gypsum plaster products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and retail clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the gypsum plaster industry.
• Provide technical support and product training to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to promote our brand and generate new business leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively showcase our gypsum plaster offerings.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to communicate performance and strategy to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales with a focus on gypsum plaster or related construction materials.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
