Job Summary:

The Hall In Charge at our Precast Factory in Sanand will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production of precast products tailored for high-rise buildings. This role is essential in ensuring efficient project planning, scheduling, and cost management while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in the precast production hall to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines.
• Implement project planning and scheduling strategies to meet production demands and fast-track project timelines.
• Analyze production metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to produce high-quality precast elements and ensure adherence to BBS standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of all machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues to the senior management team promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B. Tech) and a Master's degree (M. Tech) in a related field.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in precast and prestressed concrete products, specifically for high-rise buildings.
• Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and cost management within the precast industry.
• Demonstrated experience in reinforcement and bar bending schedule (BBS) work.

• Proven job stability, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a single organization.
