Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and stable Diabetologist / Endocrinologist / MD Physician to lead clinical care at a new-age metabolic clinic focused on diabetes and metabolic health.

The role will involve physician-led patient management, clinical decision-making, development of treatment plans and building long-term patient relationships. The clinic uses Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM), point-of-care testing and technology-enabled clinical workflows to provide continuous, personalised care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultation and clinical management of patients with Diabetes, Obesity and other metabolic disorders .
• Develop personalised treatment and lifestyle-management plans.
• Review CGM, pathology and other diagnostic data and make appropriate clinical decisions.
• Ensure high standards of clinical care, patient safety and ethical medical practice.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and focus on sustained outcomes rather than transactional consultations.
• Contribute to clinical protocols, workflows, training and overall clinical governance.
• Work closely with the care team and technology platform to deliver an integrated patient experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• MD Medicine / MD Endocrinology / Diabetology or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Strong clinical experience in Diabetes / Endocrinology / Metabolic Disorders .
• Preference for candidates with experience in Government Institutions / reputed hospitals / established healthcare institutions .
• Looking for a stable, full-time professional commitment rather than a part-time consulting arrangement.
• Candidates with an existing private practice that has limited growth and who are looking to transition into a stable institutional/organisational setup may be considered.
• Ex-Servicemen doctors with relevant medical qualifications and clinical experience can also be considered.
• Strong patient-management, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Should be comfortable working in a structured, technology-enabled clinical environment.
