Sales Director

Job Profile: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Director to
lead business development and strategic sales operations for Fire Safety and
Water Treatment projects. The role involves driving project sales growth,
building strong client relationships, and expanding business across industrial
and infrastructure sectors.
Business Development
 Drive project sales growth across Fire Safety and Water Treatment sectors.
 Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic client
relationships
Project Sales Management
 Handle end-to-end project sales including client meetings, proposals,
negotiations, and closures.
 Coordinate with technical and execution teams for techno-commercial
submissions.
Tendering & Commercials
 Manage tender participation, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions.
 Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial proposals.

Team Leadership
 Lead and guide the sales team to achieve revenue and business targets.
 Monitor sales performance and develop growth strategies

Client Relationship Management
 Build long-term relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, industries,
and key clients.
 Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical /

Environmental).
 MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
 12+ years of experience in Project Sales / Industrial Sales / EPC Sales.
 Strong exposure to Fire Safety Systems, ETP/STP/WTP projects, MEP, or
industrial infrastructure solutions.
  Excellent techno-commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills.
