Education

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering

Preference: Dual degree (B.Tech + M.Tech or MBA in IT Management)

Experience

•     Total: 8-12 years in IT with progressive responsibility

•     Manufacturing IT: Minimum 5 years in food/pharma/process manufacturing (REQUIRED)

•     IT/OT Convergence: Minimum 3 years managing both IT & OT infrastructure (REQUIRED)

•     People Management: Minimum 3 years leading IT teams (4+ direct reports)

•     ERP: Minimum 3 years with SAP (or Oracle/JDE) in manufacturing

•     SCADA/MES/PLC: Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems (REQUIRED)

Certifications (Highly Valued)

Cybersecurity: CISSP, CEH, CISA, GICSP | Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2 | ITIL: Foundation v4

Network: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto | Automation: Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell FactoryTalk
