Role Summary
We’re hiring a senior finance leader to own treasury, cash management, and forecasting
across Comafrique, oversee accounting in The Gambia, and act as a trusted financial advisor
to the Managing Director on funding and financial strategy.

Main Responsibilities
- Own group cash management and liquidity - Take full ownership of group treasury,
including cash management, liquidity planning and management, and funding strategy to
ensure uninterrupted operations across all units.
- Build and maintain cash flow forecasts
- Plan funding needs and adviseadvice on when to borrow
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting in The Gambia, oversee a team of 5
accountants
- Strengthen financial controls and reporting across units

Ideal Profile
- Senior finance background (CFO / Head of Finance / Treasury)
- Strong cash flow, treasury, and forecasting experience and
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Experience with multi-entity operations
- At least 5 years of professional experience working in Africa (professional
accounting qualification is desired but not mandatory)

- Experience in agro-commodities / trading or related supply-chain businesses will be
preferred
- Hands-on experience managing multi-currency operations
- Willing to relocate to The Gambia and commit long-term
- Comfortable in fast-moving, operational environments

Reporting Line
- Reports directly to the Managing Director
- Acts as a key financial advisor to leadership
