| Job description |
| Roles & Responsibilities: |
| 1 Achieve MEP order booking targets in line with the annual business plan and strategic growth objectives. |
| 2 Lead bidding strategy, techno-commercial evaluations and negotiations to secure profitable MEP projects. |
| 3 Drive revenue generation through timely project execution, billing, variation management and claims realization. |
| 4 Lead value engineering initiatives during pre-bid and post-bid stages to optimize MEP project costs and designs. |
| 5 Ensure timely preparation, approval and implementation of internal project execution and mobilization plans. |
| 6 Ensure delivery of MEP projects as per approved master schedules, contractual milestones and quality benchmarks. |
| 7 Ensure timely testing, commissioning and handover of all MEP systems in alignment with project milestones. |
| 8 Ensure availability, approval and closure of all MEP designs, shop drawings and as-built documentation. |
| 9 Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal design teams to proactively resolve engineering and execution issues. |
| 10 Control and optimize project costs through budget preparation, monitoring and continuous cost improvement initiatives. |
| 11 Ensure adherence to planned cash flows and drive improvement in receivables and debtor collection cycles. |
| 12 Monitor and optimize inventory levels and material planning to reduce inventory holding days. |
| 13 Ensure timely availability of manpower, subcontractors and key resources across all MEP projects. |
| 14 Implement project quality and EHS plans, ensuring compliance with codes, standards and safety requirements. |
| 15 Lead recruitment, development and retention of MEP teams, build strong vendor networks, and represent the organization with clients and key stakeholders. |
