Senior Manager – Tower Operations
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Tower Operations
Reporting To: Business Head – Tower Operations & Business

Role Objective
We are looking for a strong operations leader to manage and drive day-to-day tower operations with
focus on execution excellence, team management, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.
The role will be responsible for managing field operations, order fulfilment, vendor coordination,
client servicing, and transportation execution including FTL/PTL operations while ensuring cost
optimization and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
• Manage end-to-end tower operations and ensure smooth execution across multiple
locations and clients.
• Drive operational KPIs including SLA adherence, OTD (On-Time Delivery), order fulfilment,
and turnaround time.
• Monitor and optimize last-mile delivery operations for maximum efficiency.
• Handle FTL/PTL movement planning and transportation coordination.
• Ensure low operational cost per km through route optimization and efficient deployment
planning.
• Track operational performance and drive continuous process improvements.

Team Handling & Execution
• Lead and manage operations teams, field staff, transport coordinators, and vendor partners.
• Ensure proper manpower planning, deployment, and productivity management.
• Drive accountability and operational discipline across teams.

Client & Vendor Management
• Manage daily operational interactions with clients and ensure high service standards.
• Handle operational escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and field agencies for seamless execution.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain operational MIS, reporting dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
• Provide regular operational updates and business insights to leadership.

Candidate Profile
• 8–14 years of experience in tower operations, logistics, telecom operations, or infrastructure
operations.
• Strong operational expertise in last-mile delivery, transportation management, FTL/PTL
operations, and field execution.
• Experience in handling large operational teams and multi-location operations.
• Strong understanding of SLA management, OTD tracking, and operational cost optimization.
• Excellent coordination, vendor management, and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in operational MIS and reporting tools.
