Senior Manager MEP HVAC

JOB DESCRIPTION
Review and analyze all MEP drawings, materials, Schedules/programs of work, etc.
Monitoring progress of projects at various stages to assure completion within time/cost constraints simultaneously
complying with established quality standards. Conduct the progress review meetings with contractors and project staff,
ensure the completion of MEP activities as per project schedule/ Building possession Demand Letter.
Coordination with MEP design & Architect team for discrepancy in design / execution issues.
Review the Material Technical Submittals prior to the consultant.
Prepared strategic plans and specifications regarding MEP progress/changes as well as provided a detailed
interpretation for MEP contractors and craft supervision

B.E Mech / Elec with 10 + yrs experience
