We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Asset Manager for our Commercial Real Estate portfolio based in Mumbai. The candidate will play a key role in maximizing asset performance through strategic planning, financial modeling, capital budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role demands a combination of strong analytical capabilities, real estate understanding, and the ability to manage stakeholders across leasing, property management, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate asset performance, leasing scenarios, development feasibility, and ROI.
Capital Budgeting: Plan, track, and evaluate capital expenditure proposals; ensure optimal allocation of resources with ROI alignment.
MIS & Performance Monitoring: Prepare and maintain periodic MIS reports for internal review and management decision-making. Monitor asset KPIs and highlight variances.
Strategic Reporting: Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for Investment Committees, Review Boards, and Management with key insights and recommendations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual operating budgets; monitor actuals vs. budgets quarterly; analyze deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Valuation & Portfolio Review: Coordinate quarterly valuations in line with RICS/IVS/INREV standards; assess market benchmarks and trends.
Cross-Functional Support: Provide data-backed inputs and strategic insights to Leasing, Project Finance, and Property Management teams to support key decisions.
Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct thorough financial and operational cost-benefit assessments for new initiatives, capex, leasing deals, etc.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks at the asset level.

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance or Real Estate specialization preferred) from a reputed institute.
Experience: 2–7 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment analysis, or related financial roles (commercial real estate experience preferred).

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency is a must)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report and presentation preparation
Working knowledge of Commercial Real Estate markets, trends, and valuation methods
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrates ownership and accountability in all areas of work
Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach
High level of integrity, discipline, and work ethic

Desirable:

Exposure to REITs, institutional real estate funds, or international real estate practices
Familiarity with real estate management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, SAP-REFX, Anaplan etc.) is a plus
