Job Description – Sr. Manager - Digital Transformation

Role Overview:
The Digital Transformation Manager will support the digitization and
process improvement needs of the
Facility Management vertical
, while also assisting Clubs and overseeing Hotels where required.
The role focuses on improving daily operations through better systems,
workflow automation, data visibility, and technology adoption.
This is a hands-on role that works closely with FM teams, Club Managers,
Engineering, IT, and vendors to simplify processes and make operations
more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
1. FM Process Digitization & Workflow Improvements
Digitize core FM processes such as work order management, preventive maintenance, AMC tracking, asset records, and service requests.
Support Clubs in digitizing member services, bookings, F&B workflows, and facility usage tracking.
Assist Hotels only for FM-related support (engineering dashboards, maintenance, compliance tasks)
2. End to End Process Digitization & Automation
Hospitality (Clubs)
PMS / CRS / RMS integrations
Guest experience & loyalty platforms
Membership systems for Clubs
Digital service delivery (housekeeping, F&B, concierge)
Revenue, distribution, and CRM automation
Facility Management (Commercial + Malls)
Work order automation & SLA tracking
AMC management & compliance checklists
Asset lifecycle and preventive maintenance scheduling
IoT-based monitoring (energy, water, occupancy, IAQ)
Vendor management, invoicing, and CAM billing workflows
Cross-Vertical Automation Initiatives
Paperless approvals, e-documentation, mobile apps
RPA and low-code/no-code solutions
Integration between ERP, CRM, PMS, CAFM, and BMS systems
3. Technology Enablement & Platform Leadership
Partner with IT to evaluate and implement platforms such as:
PMS / RMS / CRS (Clubs)
Club membership & POS systems
CAFM / CMMS / Asset Management (Facility Management)
Workforce management & rostering tools
Financial systems, ERP, CRM
ESG, energy, and sustainability monitoring tools
Ensure seamless interoperability between systems for unified reporting.
4. Reporting, Dashboards & Data Insights
Build simple dashboards for FM operations (work order closures, downtime, maintenance schedules, energy usage).
Provide Clubs with operational reports for member usage, service turnaround, and facility occupancy.
Share FM and club insights with Manager–FM/Operations and Senior Leadership
Training, Adoption & Change Support
Conduct training sessions for FM teams, club teams, and engineering staff on using new tools.
Create simple SOPs, user guides, and checklists.
Ensure teams follow digital processes instead of manual paperwork
8. Innovation & Future-Readiness
Scan industry trends in:
Smart guest experiences, mobile-first hospitality
Predictive maintenance, robotics, IoT for FM
Smart building systems, digital concierge, self-service apps
Energy optimization, ESG reporting, sustainability tech
Pilot proof-of-concepts and scale successful innovations across FM and Clubs
Help build a future-ready digital capability for the organization.

Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
· 8–12 years in Facility Management operations, FM systems, digital solutions, or process improvement
· Experience across Hospitality, Facility Management, Real Estate, Services, or multi-business organizations preferred
· Strong track record of rolling out digital program
Skills
Working knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems
Familiarity with basic AI tools (chatbots, predictive dashboards, automations)
Strong understanding of FM operations
Good Excel, reporting, and dashboarding skills
Ability to train and support operational teams
