Relationship Manager - NRI Services
Job Summary:
As a Relationship Manager for NRI Services, you will play a pivotal role in
enhancing our engagement with Non-Resident Indian clients. Your exceptional
communication skills will help build and nurture strong relationships, driving
customer satisfaction and loyalty while contributing to the growth of our
client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with NRI clients,
ensuring their financial needs are met with the highest level of service.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and assess their
needs for product recommendations and services.

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure
efficient execution of transactions and service delivery.

Assist clients in identifying investment opportunities that align with their
financial goals and risk profiles.

Organize and host informational seminars or webinars to educate clients on
market trends and financial services offered by the organization.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by proactively identifying new business
opportunities within the NRI segment.

Monitor and analyze the client portfolio performance and provide updates to
clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in relationship management or client services,
preferably within the financial services sector.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Strong understanding of NRI financial products, services, and regulatory
guidelines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.

Existing network within the NRI community and a track record of successful
client acquisition.

Experience in digital banking solutions and financial advisory services.

Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or similar will be
an advantage.
