Functional Role: Policy Manager

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate

Relevant Experience: 5 – 6 years

Functional Competencies:

·        Knowledge of lending product – personal loan/credit card/consumer durable loans.

·        Mandatory knowledge of SQL/SaaS/Python. Hands on experience of 2-3 years on coding.

·        Data extraction and analysis of large data sets, policy formulation, risk monitoring.

Behavioral Competencies:

·        Attention to details and nuances.

·        Can work independently and interact with relevant stakeholders

Job Responsibilities:

Financial & Non-Financial Responsibilities:

·        Defining, managing, assessing and monitoring of Personal loan portfolio from a Risk angle.

·        Formulate the strategy for selling Personal loans to existing customers and new customers as well

·        Define the risk appetite and policies for personal loan products and its various propositions

·        Create robust processes to implement the policies in various systems

·        Closely monitor the underwriting process and coordinate with the UW team

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities:

·        Ensure compliance of all regulatory guidelines., RBI, External / Internal Audit.
