Branch Credit Manager
Job Summary:
The Branch Credit Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the credit
operations at our branch, ensuring sound credit decisions that align with
company policies and local regulations. This position is pivotal in fostering
strong customer relationships while mitigating credit risk and supporting the
overall financial health of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor effective credit policies and procedures to minimize
risk and enhance customer satisfaction.

Train and guide branch staff on credit-related matters, enhancing their
knowledge of underwriting standards.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize the credit approval
process while maintaining compliance.

Prepare reports for management on credit risk exposure and portfolio

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit management or underwriting within
the financial services industry.
