Position Sr. Manager – Quality Assurance
Job Description / Responsibilities
Should have worked in the capacity of QA in charge in a process industry.
Ability to independently Develop & Implement Quality Assurance system in a process industry.
Ability to lead team of inspectors and train production team on quality vigilance techniques.
Develop Quality culture & Implement internal quality audit system.
Knowledge of testing as per IS, BS, ASTM standards
Sound analytical and Problem solving approach.
Ability to train production team on quality vigilance techniques.
Exposure to ISO 9000, EMS & OSHAS and should have worked in the capacity of MR.
Exposure to TQM / TPM / WCM / Lean Management will be added advantage.
Should have good communication skills both in verbal & written communication in English
Willing to travel to all plant locations and customers plants / locations / sites as and when required
 

Candidate Profile
- Male preferred (even Female is ok)
- Age : around 35 years
- Experience : 12 to 15 years
- Willing to travel to all plant locations and customers plants / locations / sites as and when required
1. Should have worked as QA Head and MR for QMS in manufacturing industry.
2. Ability to build Quality Culture with organization.
3. Proven track record with problem solving skills.
4. Exposure to modern manufacturing excellence systems like WCM / Lean Management.
Qualification
BE / M Tech in Textiles, Polymers, Plastics or Chemicals from a reputed Institute
Location of Posting Nashik – Satpur
(Will be responsible for all manufacturing locations and will have to travel to other plant which is approx. 20 kms from Nashik. Will also have to travel to Customer’s plants / locations / sites.)
