Dy. Mgr. MIS & Dashboard

 

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. The role involves data analysis, automation, and visualization to provide actionable insights to stakeholders

·        MIS Reporting:

o    Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

o    Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of data across all reports.

 

·        Dashboard Development:

o    Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

o    Automate data refresh and visualization processes for real-time insights.

 

·        Data Analysis & Insights:

o    Analyze trends, variances, and KPIs to support strategic decisions.

o    Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.

 

·        Process Improvement:

o    Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort.

o    Implement automation using Excel macros, SQL scripts, or BI tools.

 

·        Stakeholder Management:

o    Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to understand reporting needs.

Present dashboards and insights to senior management effectively.
