Branch Banking Manager
Job Summary:
The Branch Banking Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational
excellence and fostering a customer-centric culture in our branch. This
leadership position is responsible for overseeing team performance, managing
customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations to
enhance overall branch performance.
Key Responsibilities:

and Savings Account (CASA) products, maximizing customer acquisition.

addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.

knowledge and customer service skills.

Analyze branch performance metrics and implement action plans to continually
improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
