About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to
support our growing workforce across multiple project locations. The role
will be responsible for driving employee lifecycle processes, employee
engagement initiatives, onboarding, documentation management, and acting
as a key HR interface between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Documentation & HR Operations

Manage end-to-end employee documentation and personnel records.

Ensure timely collection, verification, and maintenance of employee
files.

Handle joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, and exit
documentation.

Maintain compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Employee Orientation & Onboarding

Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners.

Ensure seamless onboarding experience across corporate and site
locations.

Facilitate policy awareness and organizational culture integration.
Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities across locations.

Drive initiatives to improve employee morale, retention, and workplace
culture.

Gather employee feedback and work on action plans to enhance engagement
levels.

Support recognition and reward programs.
HR Business Partnering

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR support.

Coordinate with site teams and business leaders on workforce-related
matters.

Support performance management and employee relations initiatives.

Assist in implementation of HR policies and organizational initiatives
across locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized institute.

6–7 years of experience in HRBP, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or
Generalist HR roles.

Experience in handling employees across multiple locations/sites will be
preferred.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
