Job Summary:

The Area Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring operational excellence for the Niva Bupa Health Insurance team within Axis Bank. This position involves strategic oversight of team performance, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to the overall growth of the insurance portfolio in Rajkot.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Niva Bupa Health Insurance team to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and enhance brand visibility in the insurance sector.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and training to improve individual and team productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and insurance partners, to drive collaboration and growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain industry standards in operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in team management and sales within the insurance or financial services industry.
