Work from Office initially, with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement after
3 months
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our
team as a Senior Financial Planning Assistant. The ideal candidate will
independently provide end-to-end administrative and paraplanning support to
financial advisers while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Administrative Support

Prepare client review packs, insurance quotations, product comparisons, and
fund performance summaries.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information.

Coordinate and organize client review meetings based on review schedules.

Assist with implementation tasks and complete administrative activities
assigned by advisers.

Review investment portfolios, risk profiles, and asset allocations before
client meetings.

Complete application and proposal forms while ensuring all compliance
documentation is accurate and up to date.

Process changes to client investments and implement approved investment
strategies.

Work with financial planning software and adviser CRM platforms such as
Xplan, AdviserLogic, PlutoSoft, and Worksorted.
Workflow & Quality Management

Ensure all work adheres to Australian financial advice regulations and
dealer group guidelines.

Deliver tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail within
defined SLAs.
Client & Team Coordination

Collaborate closely with India-based paraplanning teams.

Communicate effectively with Australian advisers to support their
operational requirements.

Identify process improvement opportunities and address documentation gaps
proactively.
Skills & Experience Required

1–3+ years of experience in paraplanning administration or financial
planning support.

Good understanding of Australian superannuation, investments, insurance, and
financial advice regulations.

Hands-on experience with Xplan is preferred.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
