Role Summary
Primary Responsibilities/Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall P&L performance of the region.
- Oversight for business target achievement, operations, customer relationship, portfolio quality, audit & compliance, HR process adherence, hiring, engagement and talent management with the region.
- Regional budgeting, business monitoring and review, portfolio quality review, participating in regional industry body meets.
- Customer interactions and escalation handling.
- Implementation of business and IT processes.
- Building relationships with critical stakeholders such as law enforcement, etc.
- Implementation of audit and compliance processes and recommendations.
- Performance management process participation and management.
Requirements:
- Require 10+ years of experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Should have experience in team handling.
- Should possess leadership and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and knowledge about internal IT processes.
- Good analytical skills.
