Accountant
Job Summary:
The Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of
our organization. By managing financial transactions, preparing vital reports,
and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, this position supports
strategic decision-making and promotes fiscal responsibility throughout the
company.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and manage accounting transactions accurately, ensuring
timely updates to financial records.

Process and manage invoices from vendors and clients, verifying accuracy and
compliance with company policies.

Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements to provide insights into revenue,
expenses, and profitability.

Compile and prepare balance sheets that reflect the company’s financial
position, maintaining accuracy and transparency.

Create financial reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) that
assist in strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in accounting or a similar role, with a strong
understanding of accounting principles.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and
Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in
financial reporting.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or other relevant accounting certification is a plus.

Experience in financial analysis and familiarity with financial regulations.
