Branch Manager - Laminate Division (TN Location)

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager for our Laminate Division in TN will oversee all operations in the region, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in leading a team, managing resources, and implementing strategies that enhance our market presence in the laminate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels of laminate products.
• Conduct regular team meetings to motivate staff, discuss performance metrics, and implement training.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial health and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the laminate or related industry.
• Proven track record in sales and successful team leadership.
• Strong understanding of laminate products and market dynamics.
