About the role
We are looking to hire a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Cashier cum Accountant . The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Qualifications & Experience:
- B. Com (Graduation)
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in handing cash transaction & financial accounting.
- Strong experience in handling cash & Payable/Receivable accounting.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Sound knowledge of:
- Outgoing/Incoming payment accounting
- Double Entry Accounting System
- Trial Balance preparation
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) invoicing
- Raw Material Purchase entries & Its Reconciliation
- Debtors & Creditors reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation Statement Preparation
- Import & Local Payments Posting & Reco
- Banking Related Work for outward remittances
- Proper documentation and record-keeping
- Technical Skills:
- Tally Prime
- MS Excel & MS Word
- SAP Business One (preferred but not mandatory)
- Microsoft Teams & Outlook
Other Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi as well as French (preferred but no compulsion)
- Male Candidate
- Bachelor Status (single accommodation will be provided)
