Role Overview
The Process Excellence professional will be responsible for driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and quality enhancement across Mutual Fund operations. The role focuses on streamlining processes, reducing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and improve end-to-end processes across Mutual Fund operations (Front, Middle, and Back Office).
Drive process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Map, document, and standardize processes, SOPs, and control frameworks.
Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Business teams to implement process improvements.
Monitor process performance through KPIs, dashboards, and MIS.
Identify operational risks, gaps, and inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Support regulatory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements (SEBI, AMFI, etc.).
Lead automation and digitization initiatives to improve turnaround time and accuracy.
Drive continuous improvement culture across teams.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Mutual Fund operations and lifecycle.
Knowledge of process excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in Mutual Funds.

Qualifications
MBA or equivalent qualification.

Experience in Mutual Funds, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), or Financial Services is mandatory.
