About the Role

Allied Digital Services Ltd is seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales / Sr Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales and revenue growth in the identified India region. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience selling IT/ IT Managed services/System Integration Services and driving exponential business expansion. Reporting directly to the CGO, this role is critical in shaping and executing the company's growth strategy while leading the sales function to achieve transformative results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

• Oversee and lead the sales growth, leveraging your network/contacts, ADSL proven capabilities/ partnerships, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
• Achieve ambitious revenue targets aligned with the company goals / vision ensuring that you are adequately supported.
• Implement the company sales strategy, from pipeline development to deal closure.

Client Acquisition & Retention:

• Drive efforts to secure new business while strengthening relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and upselling opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their challenges with tailored IT /IT managed services/SI service and solutions.

Collaboration with Leadership:

• Work closely with the CGO and other senior leaders to ensure achievement of your individual goals and overall business goals.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to align service capabilities with market demands.

Market Analysis & Positioning:

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Position the company as a market leader in IT/IT managed services /SI services by leveraging market insights and innovative strategies.

Team Building & Mentorship:

• Participate proactively in building and develop a high-performing sales culture in ADSL, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Help in recruitment and onboarding of top talent to strengthen the sales organization.

Key Qualifications

Experience:

• 12- 15 years of experience in sales roles within IT/IT managed services/SI Services with a strong network of connections in the industry.
• Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue target, scaling customer base and driving business growth.

Leadership Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strategic Thinking:

• Expertise in developing and implementing innovative growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
