Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives & Market Expansion:

Define and execute company's long-term vision, growth strategy, and
business plan

Ensure market positioning, and market expansion

Identify new business segments, drive for continuous improvement &
business expansion

Strengthen the company’s brand, reputation, and market positioning

Lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
where applicable

Business Growth, Business Communication and Satisfaction:

Lead business growth and ensure healthy order inflow
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants,
and government bodies

Manage customer networks and key account relationships

Operational Leadership:

Ensure efficient, safe, and timely execution of fabrication and erection
projects

Oversee plant operations, capacity planning, productivity improvement,
and Cost management

Uphold product quality and certification requirements

Ensure Production Quality Control Management

Financial Leadership:

Oversee pricing strategy, Budgeting, capital expenditure & working
capital efficiency

Ensure revenue growth, profitability, and positive cash flow

Manage debt, funding, banking relationships, and investor relations

Quality, Safety & Compliance:

Ensure zero-incident safety culture across all plants and project sites

Maintain safety, and quality certifications

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and
customer requirements

Risk Management, Governance and Compliance:

Ensure strong corporate governance and internal controls

Anticipate and mitigate business, financial, operational, and market
risks

Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Structural preferred).
-
MBA or equivalent management qualification is desirable.
-
25+ years of experience in steel structure manufacturing, fabrication, PEB,
EPC, or infrastructure projects.
-
Proven experience as CEO / COO / Business Head in a project-based /
Structural Manufacturing organization.
-
Strong understanding of fabrication, erection, project management, and
contract management.
